Sales Prospects are valid for 30 days post registering. If not closed in 30 days the lead returns to open status allowing any sales rep to close on it. In the first 30 days ONLY the registering sales rep will be commissioned for all salesto that client. Once the client is closed, sales rep remains the only agent for that client for duration of contract. Registration is on a branch by branch basis, national/regional/local chains can only be registered with management approval - without which each branch/contract counts as an individual lead.
